Delete your account

Get RBX: Gift Card Rewards · app.getrbx.mobile

You can delete your Get RBX account at any time. Deletion is permanent: you lose your collected points and activity history.

Fastest: in the app

1. Open Get RBX and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

No access to the app: by email

Email us from the address linked to your account. Include your username (or the account ID from your Profile) so we can confirm the account is yours.

What we delete and what we keep

• We delete: account data (email address, username, Google/Apple sign-in links), points balance, task history and notification tokens.
• We keep for a limited time: data needed for accounting and abuse prevention (e.g. reward redemption history, IP address and device identifiers for accounts banned for breaking the terms) - up to 6 years, as described in the privacy policy.
• Email requests are completed within 30 days.
