1. General provisions

1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Get RBX: Gift Card Rewards mobile application and the website getrbx.app (together, the "Service").
2. The Service is operated by PRESSWAY Bartłomiej Paluch, Zarzecze 268, 38-220 Dębowiec, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): PL6852340178 (the "Operator"). Contact: support@getrbx.app.
3. These Terms are the terms for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services. You accept them when creating an account. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
4. The Service is intended for persons aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Operator may ask for confirmation of that consent.
5. The Service is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or any other brand whose gift cards are available as rewards. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
6. A user who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by sending a statement to support@getrbx.app. By starting to use the Service within that period you consent to the service being provided immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
7. Single point of contact under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) for authorities and users: support@getrbx.app (Polish and English). Content you consider illegal or contrary to these Terms can be reported to the same address.

2. Definitions

• User - a natural person who has created an account.
• Account - your individual account in the Service, protected by a password or by Google / Apple sign-in.
• Points - a virtual unit awarded for completing Tasks. Points are not electronic money, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards - benefits available in exchange for Points, such as gift cards (including Roblox gift cards), vouchers and top-up codes.
• Task - an activity for which Points are awarded, e.g. reaching a level in a game, trying an app, answering a survey or watching an optional rewarded ad.
• Partner - a third party (offerwall or survey provider) whose Tasks are available in the Service.

3. Account

1. Creating an account is free and voluntary. You can register with an email address or with Google or Apple.
2. Provide true information and keep your login details secret. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
3. Registration with disposable (temporary) email addresses is not allowed.
4. The Service runs on the Operator's rewards platform, which also serves other services operated by the Operator. Your account may work in those services too, and these Terms apply to it everywhere.
5. You can delete your account at any time in the App (Profile, Settings, Delete account) or as described at https://getrbx.app/de/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and your Points are lost.

4. One account per person

1. Each person may have only one account in the Service, regardless of email addresses, sign-in methods or devices used.
2. To enforce this rule, the Operator analyses technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. If multiple accounts are confirmed, the Operator may suspend or delete the related accounts, cancel Points obtained through them and cancel pending Rewards. You may appeal under section 9.

5. Earning Points

1. Points are awarded for completing Tasks. The Operator decides which Tasks are available and how many Points they give; changes do not affect Points already awarded.
2. Points for Partner Tasks are credited after the Partner confirms completion. The Operator is not responsible for delays or refusals on the Partner's side, but helps with complaints.
3. Prohibited: bots, scripts, emulators and automation; VPNs or proxies used to hide your identity or location; giving false answers or false data (surveys contain control questions); manipulating the Points system; abusing the referral programme.
4. The Operator may reverse Points awarded in breach of these Terms or due to a technical error. If a Partner reverses a Task (e.g. for fraud or a chargeback), the corresponding Points may be deducted, even if this makes the balance negative. A negative balance is never a debt - you never have to pay anything.
5. Points may expire after 12 months without any activity (no login and no Task). You will be notified at least 30 days before.
6. The Operator does not guarantee any particular amount of Points; available Tasks depend on Partners and your region.

6. Rewards

1. You can exchange Points for Rewards available in the catalogue. The required number of Points is shown next to each Reward.
2. Rewards are delivered in the App (e.g. a gift card code under My rewards), usually within minutes and no later than 72 hours after the order.
3. Using a gift card is subject to the terms of its issuer (e.g. Roblox Corporation for Roblox gift cards). The Operator is not responsible for the issuer's platform.
4. Rewards obtained with Points earned in breach of these Terms may be cancelled.
5. Get RBX is an independent rewards program. The catalogue, availability and value of Rewards may change. For high-value Rewards the Operator may ask for additional verification to prevent abuse.
6. Some Rewards may be delivered through a Roblox Game Pass that you create in your own Roblox experience at the price shown in the App. You must enter your own correct Roblox username and must not change the price or delete the Game Pass until the order is completed. Amounts received this way may be shown by Roblox as pending for several days; this period and any action taken by Roblox on its platform are outside the Operator's control.
7. You are responsible for any tax obligations related to Rewards under the law of your country of residence.

7. Your obligations

1. Use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms. Do not attempt unauthorised access, attacks, reverse engineering or exploiting bugs.
2. Report bugs and security issues to support@getrbx.app. Deliberately exploiting bugs to gain Points or Rewards is a serious breach.
3. Where the Service offers public features (such as a username or profile visible to others), do not publish offensive, vulgar, hateful or illegal content, spam or personal data. The Operator may remove such content and restrict your account.
4. Never share your passwords to other accounts (including Roblox) with anyone. The Operator will never ask for them.
5. All content of the Service (logos, graphics, texts, software) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or its licensors.
6. The Operator does not use deceptive design patterns (dark patterns), in line with Art. 25 of the Digital Services Act.

8. Liability

1. The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Service caused by maintenance, updates, technical reasons or force majeure, nor for the products, services or content of Partners and reward issuers.
2. The Operator makes every effort to keep the Service working but does not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
3. The Operator's liability towards consumers is governed by the mandatory provisions of Polish law.

9. Complaints and appeals

1. Complaints can be sent to support@getrbx.app or through Help & support in the App. Please include your username or account ID, a description of the problem and what you expect.
2. Complaints are handled within 14 days. For Partner Tasks, the Operator may first ask you to contact the Partner, if the Partner's procedure requires it.
3. If your account has been restricted or blocked, you may appeal within 6 months. Appeals are reviewed by a person, in a non-discriminatory way (Art. 20 DSA).

10. Final provisions

1. The Operator may change these Terms. You will be informed at least 14 days before changes take effect. If you do not accept them, you may delete your account before that date and redeem your Points.
2. Polish law applies. Disputes with consumers are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the general rules; consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution.
3. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
4. These Terms were drawn up in Polish; in case of discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
5. These Terms are effective from 2026-10-01.
